Pemberdayaan Santri Pesantren Raden Rahmat Sunan Ampel Jember di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 melalui Produksi Rengginang Singkong

The Raden Rahmat Sunan Ampel Islamic Boarding School located 2.1 km from Jember University on Jalan Koptu Berlian with students totaling approximately 70 the of Jember, State Polytechnic and Muhammadiyah Jember. One boarding schools' efforts is to produce cassava’s rengginang. problems faced by partners include nutritional content cassava rengginang that has not been analyzed, innovative potential entrepreneurial spirit students, lack understanding stress management in face covid-19 pandemic. solutions can be offered proposing team partner are providing training production, mentoring analysis rengginang, participating competitions, as well additional activities, health protocols related covid prevention during production process contribution audience empowerment participants train spirit, independent, creative able read business opportunities. method implementing this service activity form lectures, discussions, mentoring, practice counseling. results were carried out several stages, namely observation coordination, counseling material, making soft skills entrepreneurship, conducting proximate tests products, assistance raw materials personal protective equipment such masks, hand sanitizers shoaps.
